Shipping Policy
Handling time can take up to 3 days. A flat rate shipping of $4.99 will be applied to all orders under $50. All orders over $50 will receive free shipping! All packages will be sent via USPS standard mail.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
Returns on embroidery kits are accepted. However, opened kits are subject to a 50% restocking fee if any of the supplies have been used/opened. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
